SNOW REMOVAL IN DRY RIDGE & ACROSS NORTHERN KENTUCKY

Spencer’s Outdoor Solutions plows snow across Grant, Boone, Kenton, and Campbell counties. Commercial parking lots, HOA private roads, and apartment complex driveways are the bulk of the work. Residential driveways get fit in around the commercial accounts. Per-event service and seasonal contracts both available.

WHAT SPENCER'S PLOWS

COMMERCIAL LOTS, HOA ROADS, AND DRIVEWAYS

Snow removal is one of Spencer’s heaviest winter accounts. Commercial property managers, HOAs, apartment complexes, and contractor partners make up the majority of the route. Equipment is the same Bobcat T66 skid steer used for excavation work in the warmer months, fitted with a snow plow attachment and a salt spreader.

Northern Kentucky doesn’t get massive snowfalls often, but a 3-inch storm can shut down a commercial lot, an apartment complex, or a school parking area within hours. Spencer’s plows the high-priority commercial accounts first and works residential driveways in the same loop. Seasonal contracts get priority routing.

Yes, but residential snow removal is offered as a seasonal contract only, not per-event. Residential routes are scheduled around the commercial accounts that make up the bulk of the route. Residential customers who sign in October or November before the first snowfall are added to the standard plow loop.
Commercial snow plowing is quoted per property based on lot size, snow depth thresholds, ice-melt application, and whether salting is included. Seasonal contract pricing is locked in before the winter starts. Per-event commercial work is billed by storm. Free estimate visits to commercial properties are returned within 24 hours.
The same Bobcat T66 compact track loader (skid steer) used for excavation and grading work in the warmer months. Fitted with a snow plow attachment and a salt spreader for the winter route. The track-mounted skid steer handles parking lots, driveways, and tight HOA roads without tearing up the surface like a heavy plow truck can.
Commercial accounts on seasonal contracts get plowed as soon as accumulation hits the agreed trigger depth (typically 2 inches). Property managers can request an earlier start for high-traffic lots. Residential seasonal contracts get plowed after the commercial route is cleared, usually within 6 hours of a storm ending.
Yes. Salt and ice-melt application is available as an add-on for any commercial or seasonal residential account. Many HOAs and commercial property managers add salting after every plow event to keep walkways and parking lots safe. Spencer’s tracks application for liability documentation if requested.
Yes. Spencer’s takes on subcontract work for larger property management companies and snow removal operators that need additional capacity in Grant, Boone, Kenton, and Campbell counties. Insurance certificate, equipment list, and references available on request before signing a sub agreement.

Late sign-ups are accepted on a case-by-case basis depending on route capacity. Spencer’s runs a finite route to keep response times reasonable, so seasonal commitments do get capped.
