CONCRETE, FOUNDATIONS, EXCAVATION, PUMPING, AND WALLS

Most builder and developer relationships start with one scope and grow into bundled work. A general contractor calls for a foundation pour, ends up using Spencer’s for the driveway, the retaining wall, and the seasonal snow contract. Spencer’s is set up to be the single concrete-and-site sub on a project: excavation through finished flatwork without subcontracting out the dig or the haul-off.

Standard subcontract scopes include foundation work (footings, stem walls, slab-on-grade), driveway and apron pours, sidewalk and walkway installs, curb-and-gutter for site development, parking lot pours and replacement, retaining wall installation, excavation and base prep, drainage system installation, line pump service for tight-access pours, and snow removal contracts on multi-property portfolios.
