CALL TO CLEANUP · NORTHERN KENTUCKY
Northern Kentucky Concrete Project Process: Call to Cleanup
Straightforward from call to cleanup. The same person who quotes the job runs the pour. Free estimates returned within 24 hours, plain-language quotes, owned equipment, and a crew that shows up on time and cleans the site when the job is done.

CALL OR TEXT
One number, picked up by Spencer himself. Quick conversation to understand what’s being built or replaced, whether the property is in the standard 35-mile service radius from Dry Ridge, and rough timeline. Site visit gets scheduled on the same call. Most homeowners and contractors reach Spencer within a few rings during business hours; texts work just as well for sending property photos.
ON-SITE LOOK
Free estimate visit at the property. Spencer reviews prints if they exist, takes measurements, walks the site, checks access for the Bobcat T66 and the Kenworth dump truck, and talks through what’s realistic. Customers get honest answers on slab thickness, sub-base needs, drainage considerations, and finish options. No high-pressure pitch.
QUOTE & SCHEDULE
Written estimate sent within 24 hours of the site visit. Plain-language line items: prep, materials, finishing, haul-off. Once the customer approves, the job gets on the calendar. Most concrete projects mobilize 2 to 4 weeks out during the active pour season (March through November). Commercial accounts on Net-30 invoicing follow the same workflow with additional paperwork.
POUR & CLEAN UP
Crew shows up on time, runs the workflow from excavation through finished pour or wall, and cleans the site at the end. Debris hauled off with the Kenworth dump truck. Tracked turf gets topsoil and seed if requested. Final walk-through with Spencer before invoicing. Spencer’s name is on the truck, the reputation matters more than the next sale.

FREQUENTLY ASKED
COMMON QUESTIONS ABOUT SPENCER'S
Straight answers about services, pricing, and what to expect.
What's the first step?
Call or text Spencer at 859.466.1082 to describe the job. He’ll set up a free site visit, usually within a few days.
How long until you can start?
Schedule depends on season and weather — typical lead time is 1–3 weeks for residential pours in spring/summer. Foundation pours and commercial work may book further out. Spencer gives an honest schedule when he quotes.
Do you provide written quotes?
Yes. Every quote is in writing within 24 hours of the site visit, with the price, scope, and timeline. No verbal-only handshakes.
Will Spencer be on-site for the pour?
Yes — Spencer is on every job, running equipment or supervising. If a job needs extra hands, he brings them; he doesn’t dispatch crews to work without him.
What happens at the end of the job?
Cleanup is part of the price — forms removed, the site is left clean, any excess concrete is hauled off. Spencer walks the finished work with you before invoicing.
