  • Fire pits — round or square, wood-burning or gas, in segmental block, natural stone, or poured concrete surround.
  • Seat walls — low retaining/seat walls that define the patio edge and add built-in seating, capped with concrete or bluestone.
  • Outdoor kitchen bases — concrete or block bases for grill islands, pizza ovens, or bar tops. Utility runs coordinated (gas, water, electric).
  • Pergola/shade structure footings — helical or poured piers set under the patio surface for a future pergola.
